Pray for Me

I have a doctor's appointment with a Gyn/Onc at UAMS on Wednesday at 3:30. I have had a history of cysts on my ovaries and Dr. Batres has run a CA-125 blood test to check to make sure they were benign. Two weeks ago my number was elevated to 105 and 0-35 being normal range. Dr. Batres feels it is just because of my endometriosis, but he wants me to see Dr. Burnett. I am very nervous, but trying to stay positive right now. He may just repeat the test, do a CT, MRI or he may want to do surgery. If he does elect to do surgery to explore, I have decided to have him do a hysterectomy if he will...Please pray for me to have a peace and for there to be nothing serious wrong with me. Also, pray that Dr. Burnett will do the right thing for my health. Thanks.

My Girly Girl...

I walked into my bathroom to see her covered in makeup trying to flat iron her hair. She then hands me a bottle of nail polish and says paint. She has to have her fingers and toes polished at all times. Did I mention she had on all of my rings too. She is my lil girly girl!!!

The kids provided the entertainment and Kennedy had a big time! She went to bed at 1:30 after their dance party in the living room. The only thing that kept me awake was Ding Dong cake! LOL~!

New Years

We had a quiet New Year's with two other couples and our kids.

Christmas in March??? Better late, than never...

My Sweet Family...

I just wanted to say today how thankful I am for my wonderful husband and two beautiful kids. Scott, thank you for taking such good care of me this weekend. Parker told me last night that when he grew up he was going to marry me. That melted my heart! He said he was going to live with us forever...That made me very happy! He also told me to write down on a sheet of paper that he would buy me a car and a door toy when he gets a job...LOL! Kennedy is always her sweet self. She can count to ten and say most of her ABC's. She is kisses me on the hand all the time.
I know that I don't deserve this wonderful family or God's redeeming grace for that matter...but thanks be to God for blessing me!!!!
